Refund & Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of health and wellness supplements, we only accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Orders returned without prior approval

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact NeuroCycle Care customer support before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved returns should be mailed to the return address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as NeuroCycle Care is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

For recurring subscription products, customers may cancel future shipments at any time before the next billing cycle. Charges already processed for shipped orders are non-refundable.

Products sold by NeuroCycle Care, including supplements such as:

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

NeuroCycle Care reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive refund requests, or violation of this policy.
