All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding:

  • Federal holidays

  • Major U.S. holidays

  • Weekend closures

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Locations

NeuroCycle Care currently ships within:

  • The United States

  • U.S. territories (where available)

At this time, international shipping may be limited or unavailable depending on local import regulations for dietary supplements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are permitted in their delivery jurisdiction.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

5. Order Tracking

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

NeuroCycle Care is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to customer address errors

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility may pass to the carrier.

NeuroCycle Care is not liable for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Delivery issues outside our control

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact our support team for assistance.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • Packaging materials

    • Shipping label

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

9. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)

Customers enrolled in subscription services are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate shipping information

  • Updating payment details

  • Managing shipment schedules before billing dates

Subscription orders already processed or shipped may not be modified or canceled.
